My dear friend, It is good to see your eyesight improving.  Let us talk about issues of health now.  Your bodies are being cleansed of toxins as your vibrations rise.  Many of these are physical, environmental.  Most of them, however, are mental and emotional.  That is why so many of you are seeing changes in yourselves.  As the light that you carry increases by leaps and bounds, you will find many signs of age disappearing, and many of your illnesses will not be able to stay with you.  There will soon be no need to suffer with any of these things, as there will be remedies available for all of them.  You will not mind having vastly extended lifetimes when you do not suffer illness and you are completely free to do anything and go anywhere.  Your limits will be the boundaries of your imaginations.  This, of course, has always been true, but you have not known it.  Welcome to your knowing.  This has been a short message, but we trust a welcome one.
