When we run away from our feelings our Now feelings that is we start to judge others. We try to make others change to make ourselves feel safer .
Feeling is like a taste sometimes bitter sometimes sweet . There is no harm in feeling your emotions feel them ~ let them and let them go if they make you feel sad. When we are in these emotions we are giving our power away ~ when we dwell on them and keep telling ourselves the same story.
Let the story go and just Be ~ Be Grateful that we have had these lessons to learn from . Thought becomes the power of taking the feeling and putting it into an emotion . Stay in the Present feel the feelings ~ not the emotions.
Feel the emotion identify with it staying in the Present Moment ~ not going into the past by making it a story that goes on and on.
Who I AM starts right now ~ I AM That which I AM and am pleased with it ~ We are bigger than anything that we are aware of . True Positive Thinking is just AWARENESS . Appreciate others be Grateful for who They are ~ Be Grateful for who You are ~ You are a Blessing ~ a Miracle .
